  • 30 minute belly dancing workout
  • over 6000 steps

Diet

  • 2 pkgs of porage
  • 2 pieces of brown toast with margarine
  • tea with milk
  • XL steeped tea with 2 milk
  • 1 piece of brown bread (plain- needed to eat something to take advil)
  • 4 chicken strips (1 serving), garden style rice, 2 medium baked potatoes
