Exercise/Diet- June 5, 2014

Exercise 30 min. beginner belly dancing workout minimum 6000 steps (update tomorrow) Diet plain bagel with margarine and peanut butter tea 6 cups water fruit (couple grapes, 1 piece of honeydew, 1 piece of pineapple) XL steeped tea with 2 milk 1 bowl of shepperds pie (approx. 2 cups)

today’s been a long day so far, but im in a good mood. i have a headache, but that’s nothing unusual. went with Master to the dentist this morning, and then got to class early. have to exercise and walk tonight since we were out of the house at 8:30 this morning. feel like writing [...]
